I got the same treatment. The tone was quite rude. And I am convinced these replies to requests for updates are automated.
I would suspect whats broken it is the new parallel processing system.
Its typically quite easy to predict times for a single linear task but it rapidly falls apart with multiple threads competing for resources doing the same task at the same time.
Just installed a new update, 19th April (when i got notified). Progress indicator still broken.
What version are you at now? I didn’t get an update notice on 4/19. I’m on 6.1.0
Yes, it doesn’t work for me either. It doesn’t actually display any useful information about the process (percentages or time remaining)…
It appears that version 6.2 has addressed this issue although there is not mention of it in the release notes. Nor did I ever get any response from the support team beyond their rude dismissals.
DXO must have put the fix under “Minor bugfixes” Just tied it and I can say it’s fixed!
