PureRaw 6.3.0, build 2, Mac OS Tahoe 26.5.1 (M5 Max)
For the last few days, PureRaw is not able to download any lens profiles: ”Error during download”
With PhotoLab 9, the same lens profiles are downloaded successfully. This is strange as previous occurrences of this error were attributed to some server not being available (and were fixed once that server/service came back onlline).
Are you seeing the same?
This situation continues with PureRaw 6.5.1 on MacOS 26.6.2.
ViewPoint 5.13 has the same issue - and cannot even update itself (“Check for update error. Network transport error (302): Error transferring http://activation.dxo.com:80/ CheckForUpdates/WSCheckForUpdates.asmx - server replied: Bad Request”)
Workaround in both cases is to manually first download profiles in Photolab 9 or 10, and then copy over into PureRAW or ViewPoint profile folders (in the Library path).
Photolab itself has no problem downloading profiles and updates.
