So on my MacBook Pro m4 pro the preview doesn’t work and actually looks more blurry than the raw side 
. it appears the luminance seems to show but any sharpening or force details i apply dose not show in preview. i have tried the obvious restarting the mac, reinstalling pureraw 5, force quitting and reopening still no luck.
On my windows 11 pc this preview works perfectly as it should!
Am I missing something?
Yes there seems to be an issue since the update
Try increasing magnification - mine only works when at 300%

same here. It’s the most inefficient software i bought - coudn’t use it for the 1st few days because of installation errors , got a couple of days of it working then we have the V5.3 issue now. It’s taking them a long time to fix it. Good thing it’s not NASA.
I contacted customer support to report a bug and was told to ask for technical support???, Most useless software and customer service ever! I replied and said I have been using photo editing software and building pcs for the best part of 15 year I am sure I know the difference between a bug and user error lmao. what annoys me with all these company’s is they treat everyone like they are thick!
Makes me wonder if they even test there software after an update because it appears they don’t!
V5.3.1 is up. Preview slider is working.
Confirmed. Also seems to want to download new lens profiles.
This also fixed another issue where a door frame was not properly rendered across the preview bar; it was being enlarged on the right side of bar and the image was shifted
