Is this just happening to me? I choose to have PureRAW 5 add every file I process to the current Lightroom collection. It will honor that setting for a few days, then revert back to the default of adding files to a PureRAW collection. It’s maddening.
Today, the app also reset my Vignetting, Chromatic Aberration, and Lens Distortion to the defaults (all checked), even though I never check anything besides Chromatic Aberration.
Do I have a poltergeist?
No, you have PureRAW 
Imo, the best way to prevent such issues is to use PR standalone and import the results or sync the respective folder in Lr.
Also check the PR background service. It’s usually visible at the right side of macOS’ menu bar.

After years of using the Lightroom workflow with many iterations of PureRAW, it’s muscle memory. Plus, I just recently paid for the thing, and it’s not doing one of the main features I paid for. If it keeps up, I’ll start a support ticket.
