does anyone have the download for pureraw 5.2 for mac, 5.3 is bugged on mac and will not allow me to use the preview unless at 300%!!!

Same problem here. DXO is absolutely non-responsive to any questions and/or complaints. All they seem to care about is revenue, and will fix issues when, they damn well please. I own 2 of their products and will never give the another penny for their overpriced products. I truly regret the money spent. Never again.

I have the same problem, and went down the usual tech support rabbit hole of furnishing diagnostics, screenshots, a video capture of the issue, and multiple descriptions. They said they’d look into it. But with each correspondence, I asked for a link to download 5.2. Four separate times. Nothing. Lightroom’s DeNoise needs to get a teeny bit sharper, and DxO PureRaw will be gone for me.

It is really too bad, but unfortunately the company just does not care.

They acknowledged the problem.
They are working on it.
They will get it updated.
But as always never ever update a critical production system or workstation with a new OS unless it’s critical to do so for solving or achieving the main goal.
The "developer’ beta has been out for months, and as a result there is absolutely no excuse not to have not released an update.
The Studio version will open just fine and install on the new OS. The installer used with Pure Raw is a problem with the latest Mac OS. The Raw installer can be run on another machine with previous software and the resulting executable can be dragged over to work on the new system. and run. Unfortunately previews generated with 5.x and proper rendering does not work function properly on any Mac, and that has been the case from the start.

Apple have a long and annoying habit of changing a lot between latest available betas and final release.
Although I don’t know if that’s the case this time.
Not in past my experience. On the positive side, Blackmagic (DaVinci Resolve) has released several updates during the latest Apple beta period including one today. That is how a good developer respects their clients.

Never mind, I just looked. “France” answered my questions.
I’m wiping the software of my computer. Lesson learned.
BMD is running a continuous public beta testing in parallel with their stable production release.
They do have quite a different approach.
I love the company as they are very customer focused, not to mention great software
The annoying thing is someone in this forum will have a version of 5.2 somewhere it’s either getting the right person to see this or they are just not willing (be bothered) to share it.
Either way DXO just lost future support from me with how long this fix is taking, Who they employing to do this? Because without been rude they don’t exactly seem brilliant at it!

Lens Softness Compensation in Preview: fixed an issue where, at some small zoom levels, the preview did not display the lens softness compensation correctly.
Known Limitations
• At certain small zoom levels, the preview may not fully match the exported image, especially when strong denoising is applied.
It has nothing to do with nagging, This software should be tested before it was released and in this case it clearly wasn’t!!

When new software versions are implemented bugs very often sneak through despite extensive testing and the best efforts of developers and testers. To suggest it wasn’t tested before it was released shows a lack of understanding of the complexity of the development process.

i do totally understand that but surely no matter the developer surely it would be tested by various people on various different systems to clarify?
Either way i have from 5.3.0 started saving all installs labeled with there version number so if there is any further updates that are bugged i will have copies in dmg and exe for previous versions.
