I am testing PureRaw 4 at the moment.
Any Fuji raw files are processed without a problem, however, none of my older canon CR2 raw files can be processed.
Once I click the Process button, it starts, but after a few seconds the progess bar shoots to the right side and a message appears Processing Error! There is no extra info as to WHY?
ANyone have any ideas???
Which camera model generated those CR2 files? Were they shot using the mraw or sraw setting in your camera? Mraw and sraw Cr2 images are not supported.

The images were shot using a Canon 6D mkII.
But I can not remember if they were shot as Mraw or Sraw…can’t see that info in the file properties also.
You could attach one of the offending files for someone to check with exiftool.
