Upgraded to 3.7, working fine prior to upgrade, but now will not process Deep Prime or XD, receive error messages. I have had a support request in for over a week with no response. Any suggestions>
We would need a lot more detail regarding exactly how you are using PureRaw including the operating system you’re using, the software that you’re using Pureraw with, the camera model and type of raw file you’re attempting to process, the steps you use to process your files, and finally the exact error that you’re getting… The lack of any details in your initial post gives us nothing to work with.
