First generation of Arc can handle natively only fp16 on its processing units and fp32 emulation is an order of magnitude (or two) slower. This may impact some benchmarks. For some software Arc may be faster (it has more units) but for some other it may be slower. Only well prepared tests can tell. I didn’t find any Arc/RTX 40x0 comparisons for PhotoLab denoising, but maybe I didn’t search hard enough…
Thank you all for your help!
Decided on a 13 inch mobile PC/tablet form factor laptop with a Nvidia Geforce 4050 laptop GPU. Also the device have the OEM Nvidia Studio Drivers preinstalled in the factory. The device is meant for content creation and gaming.
The RAW files from the Nikon D850 takes these times to export:
DeepPrime 6 seconds one RAW file
DeepPrime XD2S 13 seconds one RAW file
Now I will purchase the Photolab 8 Elite version.
The RAW files at ISO-28000 looks stunning after exporting them into JPG.
It seems DXO Photolab is clearly ahead in terms of professional noise reduction software!

There is a discussion here where people compare their GPU on some pictures taken as reference, with their computer.
I have formatted the data in the following table:
https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/3ec3c9etev9o92crqidvv/DxO_PhotoLab_DeepPRIME_Processing_Times.xlsx?rlkey=7hekbkpiloxkhhuspe4xq22pv&dl=0
They are sorted according to the last column that is an index of the performance (best performance are lines in the top).
My personnal data are those in red text. I am now using a RTX 4060 external GPU and it is nice.
The interesting information for you is that Joadrian Kruza has tested an Intel Arc A770 GPU and it is pretty fast.
You can download the test images (links are given in cells C3, C4, C5) in order to test your current computer and see how do you compare to others.
Thank you very much for this information!
I will take a closer look.
