You could take a look at your advanced history and see if you have done a lot of actions. It’s most likely one of those that’s gone wrong. Perhaps Deep Prime.
Do a Virtual Copy and revert the copy to default and then try to export it.
I guess it will work out fine.
If so you might want to revert, redo or adjust the applied corrections you have done on the master image.
