Probably the last this summer

Today we had some swallows and an unwelcome predator.

I only say “unwelcome” because it appeared to drive the swallows into crazy gyrations. Unless, of course, they were flocking to go down South. The wine harvest is about half way through, after all.
Then, tonight, they hadn’t (all?) gone. One of them swooped and dived long enough for me to get back inside, pick up my camera, calibrate (ish) the red dot sight and still get him.

Final result, including a smidge of sharpening and upscale from TPAI. Originals;

Thanks to @Wolfgang for help with understanding the mask transparency/opacity distinction, and to @Joanna for help with tonal adjustments.
