Printing problems with HP Smart Tank 7300

Hi guys, I’ve the problem that PL 9 only prints in black-and-white. It is not possible to print in color. I’ve a HP Smart Tank 7300 Air print, which might be the problem. It is not possible to deactivate the color management of my HP. Does somebody has a solution? Thanks Erwin

Hi and welcome to this user forum.

I don’t use a Mac myself, but as far as I can tell… If you’re using AirPrint drivers, you might be experiencing problems.

Search for this topic and try removing / replacing the AirPrint drivers. Otherwise, Mac users might be able to help you.

Thanks, for your input. AirPrint was the problem. I’ve installed the printer new, but not as an Air Print. And… my problem is solved.
