Longtime lightroom user but just switched to here. Are there presets available for this software and could you recommend a web site. Thanks in advance
I haven’t used any 3rd party presets but found some on the internet:

There are a few presets included with the software, you can find them in the Preset Editor panel.
This might not be a direct answer but I think you’re better off learning how the software works, then you can make your own tweaks based on your needs and workflow.
PhotoLab doesn’t lend itself to presets - certainly not adaptive presets - in the same way Lightroom does. That’s what I found after trying to make complete presets (that edit an entire image, including masks) at least, and applying them to different images besides the one I created the preset on. It often took longer to “fix” the preset than to edit for (a new image).
So I ended up scaling it back and learning what settings could be applied globally and what should be left to individual image edits. I’ve now got something that works more-or-less perfectly for my needs as a starting block, then I can go in and tweak it. All without spending £/$ on preset packs.
