According to the weather reports, and satellite images, there is a small pre-hurricane about to move up along the southern coast of Florida. Everyone both on land and on the water is preparing for it, with local people filling up sandbags to place around their homes. Same thing on the water, although this storm isn’t expected to be very strong.
I took some photos of the boats getting ready for the storm. This was my favorite image, although half an hour later the small boats had left. It’s not the image I intended to take - I was all set to photograph (and did) another boat, but I thought having the people in the image added a lot to this image. Maybe tomorrow I’ll post the other image.
