Please let us move and manage folders. (whilst keeping the database correct)

(I know a work around is to create another folder and then drag the images, but dragging a folder in its entirety woudl be easier.

I think RAGING_FURY said it was to create a folder with PL.

yes using PL (as I assume that way it is aware of changed location).
It woudl be nicer if we cold just drag the folder including contents. (Inside PL)

The complexity is to update the database with the files of the folders and subfolders displaced.

I sort of understand but if it is possible to create a folder within PL and subsequently move the files also from within PL to that new folder , it seems like an obvious omission. of course i cannot speak for the programming side of things, but if the links to the files, when moved, are updated, then moving teh folder itself cannot be much more.
