Dear All
Photolab 8 recognises my Tamron G2 Di VC SP 150-600 lens (A022), but not the dedicated Tamron TC-X14 converter used with it - for the combination it reverts to Sigma equivalents.
Please correct asap as your product is otherwise excellent!

This has been requested for many years. Unfortunately, it seems DxO has had trouble adding support for this teleconverter. See this older feature request:
Thanks Greg but well aware: was thinking repeated pressure here as wall as via suggested module improvements via programme (also repeated & acknowledged) might tip the balance. Still looking for a direct customer service channel to raise sand as a genuine, perpetual licence holder for Photolab 8

The direct customer service channel for this would be support.dxo.com. DxO support would receive your request and pass it along to the decision-makers. No guarantee that they will inform you of their decision, though.
You could also directly ask Marie, the DxO agent who participated in the earlier discussion. She might still be involved in lens module support.
Already tried the.direct support link you suggested, but thanks for mentioning it. Try as I might I can’t find an official customer complaint/suggestion e-mail address, as I don’t think the suggestions site cuts the mustard?!
You won’t. That’s what support.dxo.com is for, in addition to run-of-the-mill q&a, bug reporting, product and website feedback, suggestions, etc. There isn’t a separate phone number or email address to use, just different categories for submitting support requests. And in my experience these channels are mostly effective.
