This is a new one to me. I transfer the image from LR to PL9.6 and the image is never loaded in the editor, just the thumbnail. Am I missing something, maybe coffee hasn’t kicked in yet? It looks like some message flashes on the screen for a second and then it’s gone. See attached video. I uninstalled and reinstalled PL9 to no avail.
The video is helpful, but it also shows your license keys. It is strongly recommended that we edit those out of anything we post publicly. Safer to send this to DxO in a support request (support.dxo.com). Sorry, I don’t know why your image isn’t opening automatically in the image preview for editing.

Thanks, I never noticed the license key was displayed, I’ll remove the video now.
