I don’t want Photolab 7.1.0 to apply any presets to my images. I just want the RAW file exactly as it is to be my starting point.
Can somebody please tell me how to set this up?

@jorgitog1 This is where you can set the ‘Presets’ to be used the first time DxPL “discovers” a new image without a DOP in the ‘Edit’'Preferences’.
Once a DOP has been created that or the database values will be used for future discoveries.
So the ‘06 - No Correction’ preset, provided by DxO, might be the one to go for
