DxO responded to the request for a radial gradient tool in this topic in 2018. With the request appearing in several topics, I suspect DxO understands the need. 
Clearly they have a roadmap that’s several years long, though. And it’s hard to say where a particular feature ranks when the topic I’ve linked to has only six votes. So go and vote!
