PL3 crashes before it even starts

I upgraded my slow aging MacBookPro and replaced it with latest tech on AMD platform x570 chipset with Ryzen 9 3900X and Radeon RX 5700 XT. Latest Win 10 64b build and latest drivers.

I was keen to make some testing how performance improved over 4 years old laptop tech.

I have run two tests…on third test I had to cancel running job of 1600 images…something happened back then. I have made adjustments what I have forgotten…Run all images again but PL3 claimed “there is already running job”…cancelling images run for another 30 mins…so I killed app.

Ever since it never run again. PL3 always crashes once it tries to load main window. Windows Event logs:

I have contacted DxO support, there seems to be some new gal that have absolutely no idea about IT and keeps suggesting to reinstalling OS, PL3 and other useless crap.

Everything else runs on my PC but PL3 is the only app that crashes by.

I tried to reinstall Visual C redistributable, erased all crap that DxO leaves in Windows system, reinstalled PL3. I managed to do two tests with disappointingly interesting results. PL3 did run in one session over 12 hours.

Closed PL3, put Windows into sleep…the next day wanted to do some more testing…PL3 crashes again without installing anything or “unnaturally” killing PL3.

Does anyone have same issues or any suggestions, please?

I do not intend to use PL anymore because it is slow but I like Film Simulations but sadly it doesn’t work neither.
