Upon starting DL 9.5, no option to download 9.6. I also cannot find the update on my account on the website.
Is there a problem with the PC version that DXO has taken it down?

PhotoLab can be set to NOT look for updates. Please check the settings.
Simply download the app from your shop account to get the latest imstaller. For Mac, the installer contains the full app, for Windows, it’s a setup that will load the app while installing afaik.
