Picture name on purple background?

Please don’t laugh!
The cat laid down on my keyboard and now one picture appears with an odd background. I looked at the edit history and found nothing abnormal. I could not find what this means. What did my furry assistant do?

Looks like your clever cat managed to type Ctrl+Alt+7 … to apply a Color Label
