Currently, flagging a picture as Picked or Rejected is only visible when mousing over the thumbnail for a specific picture. This makes that functionality almost useless, as there is no way to see which files have been flagged in a whole folder.
Similar to star ratings, these should be visible at all times. The filter function does not solve this need, as I want to see all pictures unfiltered and see selection status at a glance.
