I’m trying Photolab 9. I don’t know why, but after editing a RAF file, which it did very well, I tried to open it in NIK Silver Efex and it was impossible. When I exported it to Photoshop, it took over 4 minutes to generate the TIFF file.
Is this normal?

if you share one of the images and the corresponding .dop file, e.g. with wetransfer.com, we could check whether the issue is with your file or your customising and hardware.
Depending on what one uses for noise reduction and how export is set (number of parallel exports) , times can vary greatly. Whether 4 minutes is to be expected or not can be determined with testing your image and .dop files.
That sounds like the GPU in your machine is not being used. What graphics card do you have?

I think I’ve solved the problem, or so I think. I’ve fixed (not automatic) the graphics card and increased cache.
