When adding local IA adjustments, an fatal error is generated. I cannot sea or even export the image. Moreover the DeepPrime XD3 is not activated, why?
I bought Photolab 9 mainly for these IA local adjustmnets. Now I cannot even use a local adjustment. So I came back to DXO 8 and don’t use DXO 9 anymore
If you are using an Nvidia RTX graphics card the issue is that PL9 doesn’t play nice with current versions of the graphics driver. Download and install an older Nvidia studio driver like 572.83 from March 18th. DxO is working on a fix . Using an older driver is a temporary work around. It resolved all the issues for me. The AI Mask feature still needs some additional performance tweaking besides the driver issue, but installing an older driver like DxO suggests should fix most of the issues.

I thought XD3 was specifically for use on Fuji X-trans images i.e. unless you are looking at Fuji raw files is it available???
Yes, DeepPRIME XD3 X-trans is meant specifically for Fuji X-trans. DeepPRIME 3 and DeepPRIME XD/XD2s are intended for everything else.
