Photolab 8 and Viewpoint 5 Reshape Fusion: file export fails

I have PL8 version V8.10.0 build 677.

Today I installed VP5 V5.8.0 build 591.

When I disable VP5 Reshape Fusion, the picture export works as expected.

In case I enable Reshape Fusion (with a simple correction applied), I get an “Unknown processing error”

Is there any suggestion to solve this problem? Is this a known problem?

My system is a Windows 11 PC with Intel i7-13700K, 32 GB RAM and a GeForce GTX 1080 Ti

Well, for PL it might be “too much”.

.
Try to export as TIFF without ReShape
( editing → denoising → final size = already a lot for PL ).

Then as second step try ReShape …

Not reproducible here with PL8.10/Win.

Not sure why you mention it here.
To use VP features in PL it’s enough to enter VP license in PL UI.

Not sure what you mean.

Update:

It seems the export in PL8 with Reshape Fusion is not properly working when the denoising is set to “Standard Instant render”. With any other denoising method, the export seems fine so far. I will further test.

In my original test I did not enabled any PRIME or DP* denoising.

Knowing the above limitation, it is not a big issue for me (I typically always use RAW denoising), but it remains a bug.

Same situation in version 9.2.1
