Photolab 7 toolbar icon

Hi all,
I notice in some videos for learning pl7 that there is an icon to the right of the the red eye option.
Can anyone point me to get this tool. I believe it is a filter of some sort ??

As the mouse-roll-over text shows, it activates the “Minature Effect” feature of ViewPoint … Details of which you can see here (link)

I found the plugin that is the viewpoint and I am now experimention with it,
Just more software to learn.

Just be aware that if you have a ViewPoint (VP) license then it will activate within PhotoLab (PL) - - So, you do not need to run VP in stand-alone mode … it will operate as part of PL.
