I have recently had issues with PhotoLab 6 being unable to download modules for my Nikon D500. When I click to download the caption immediately turns to retry and red X appears. I deleted and reinstalled the software to no avail

The D500 has been supported since PhotoLab 1. Are you on a Mac or PC? Have you tried rebooting your machine?

I have. Also, when I go attempt to check for updates to the software I receive a message that the program is unable to check for updates and to try again later. This is on Mac OS, iMac. I am wondering if a firewall is preventing my download somehow. This happened out of the blue, maybe two weeks ago but I disregarded the issue and checked again yesterday only to have the same problem.
