First post! Welcome. An internal error is a bug. Since DxO doesn’t provide technical support through this user forum, you will need to open a support ticket at support.dxo.com and provide information to help DxO understand the problem.
May your computer specs, especially GPU memory amount can helps for community help. In the meantime, i suggest to try the following: Preferences → Performance → AI memory management → Dynamically optimize memory usage → Turn on. Restart PL.
