Hello group, new user here.
I have used Photolab 10 first with a 1060 6 GB video card, today I upgraded to 9060XT 16GB.
After the new video card installation the program would not start, after the welcome screen the program stops.
I found an solution. I started the program in Windows 8 compatibility mode. Then set AI function to CPU. Start up the program in normal mode. Now it runs. Change the AI function back to the videocard.
Then set Windows ML Acceleration to compatibility. Turn on OpenCL.
In my case the program starts up after this change of settings. If I set Windows ML Acceleration back to maximum performance the program will not start the next time.
If the program will not start again, go back to Windows 8 compatibility mode and change settings in Photolab.
