I tried to use eagle app to manage my photos and design assets. Photolab crashed after importing my images to eagle. But not only these image folder disappeared from photolab but all folders. Nothing was shown anymore but Desktop and when I clicked anywhere the program crashed. After I deleted the eagle library all was fine again…
Anyone working with eagle app? Is there a solution to get it going?
maybe you’ve set the password protection in Eagle app? Sounds like you need support on the side of Eagle app, because, that app causes the problem.
Are the files till visible in Windows Explorer? what if you open a file via Windows explorer?
They are visible in windows explorer but no matter from where you are trying to open - photolab is not working until the library is deleted. And yes I tried to get advice from eagle, but no chance to get a support ticket working…the app is great but the support is almost not existing….
Just wondered if there is somenone here working with eagle and maybe knowing more.
PhotoLab doesn’t have a library. It just opens files from your disk
