I am having several performance issues, slow, crashing constantly, takes forever to load.
Almost a week this was brought to their attention and no response.

You seem to have addressed your issues with support.dxo.com and have not heard of them for a while, which can happen.
If you now seek advice in this forum, we’d need a description of what your issues are exactly, what your environment is (OS and app name and version etc.)
Have your issues been there from the start or have they appeared, possibly after an update?
You could paste a copy of your ticket to DxO here if you like. No need to re-write everything.
