Not Edible

But it looks edible. Mmmm mmmm mmmmmm.

It is better not to taste it.

As far as I can find out, it is Viburnum opulus, which is supposed to be non-poisonous, as long as they are cooked. But, no, I wouldn’t risk it.

And who takes their camping stove with them on a photo tour?

Uses

The fruit is edible in small quantities, with a very bitter taste; it can be used to make jelly. It is however mildly toxic, and may cause vomiting or diarrhea if eaten in large amounts.) The ripe fruit is often ignored by birds and avoided by humans due to a foul smell emitted when crushed, described by some as “musty socks” or “urine and vomit”.

Note to self - avoid crushing :face_holding_back_tears:

I’m glad I didn’t touch it. :slightly_smiling_face:

Well, it certainly looks great, regardless of how it tastes.

By the way, is the “frame” you used from PhotoLab? If so, does it have a name?

It may be a frame from Analog Efex. I have no idea. After all, I already edited the picture three years ago.
