Noise reduction different in exported files

I am evaluating Photolab 6.2 on Windows 10. I have applied some DeepPrime XD noise reduction to a photo and exported it as a tif and dng. In both exported files the luminance noise reduction is noticeably stronger than is visible on the photo preview in Photolab.Is there a reason why this is happening?

The results of using DeepPRIME and DeepPRIME XD are not visible in the main editing window, only in the small preview window and in the exported files.
