Trying to process an older RAW file, from a Canon 30d with a 100-400mm + 1.4x extender attached. Upon loading it from LR, it only shows the original image on the left. The preview with deepprime is completely empty.
When pressing the processing button, an error message appears.
Haven’t seen this yet with other images from other canon camera’s I have used. Any ideas?
