I had been getting emails about upgrading Nik at a special price but since I just bought this not long ago and am happy with what I have I do not want to. Now Nik software is prompting to Upgrade when I open the program via photoshop… I purchase the 2.0 version by DXO after they disabled my free google version when I let it upgrade before. Will this prompt me to buy a new license if I upgrade now??

When you already bought Nik V2, you can use the latest version. Check here:
