I installed the previous version of Photoshop and the Nik Collection wouldn’t work. I have tried it with the new version of Photoshop and it still doesn’t work. Having to use an older version of Photoshop. I did contact DXO and tried a number of things with them but simply ended up repeating things already done without any solution being provided. Does anyone else have this issue with a Mac and Photoshop and is there a solution? Thanks in advance for any help.
I have the same problem on my Mac Mini M4 Pro with Mac OS 26 and PS version 27.10 and with the version 27.9.1. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Nik 9.1.1 but I was having the same problem with Nik and other plug ins that I use. So to fix the problem I went back to the previous version of Photoshop to version 27.8 and the problem was gone but now I am using Photoshop 27.10 I am not going back to version 27.8. DxO has to fix the problem.
Yeah, I’m using 27.8. Tried 27.10 but the problem returned. I don’t feel like going through the same steps as last time with DXO repeatedly without solution so I’ll have to stick with 27.8. Yes, DXO do need to fix it ASAP.
