There is an issue with the Nik Collection 4 set up on Windows 10 Professional 64 bit. I have logged the issue with customer service 3 days ago, but there is no response and I am not able to connect support for help.
Would anyone now the solution for this issue?
Search for the status code in Google or Bing and you will find some tips to correct this Windows error, which normally shows that you may have missed an update of some part of Windows (defender, net framework …)
I’m guessing it’s a problem with the installer that you down-loaded … Try down-loading again.
Thank you for the suggestions. DXO support got back to me and I was told to remove old software, clear browser cache and install the hotfix updated version of the software which includes the fix for the installer.
I did and now the problem went away.
