Nik Collection 9 + Affinity Photo: Has workflow automation improved?

Hi,

I’m using the last free Google Nik Collection with Affinity Photo 2 on Windows 11.

My main question is about workflow automation.

Has anything changed in Nik Collection 9 when used with Affinity Photo?

Can Affinity macros or batch workflows continue automatically through Nik plug-ins, or does every plug-in still require manually clicking OK/Apply before the macro continues?

I’m interested only in real-world experience from users working with Affinity Photo.

I still use Nik 8, and I haven’t used any macros or batch workflows in Affinity either.

@VladoVolf sorry whilst I do have Nik Collection 9 installed: I do not use macros or batch workflows, whilst working with Affinity Photo 2 or 3.
