No, only with the 2024-2025 versions, see here

Thanks for the information! I just purchased 2025 and had to uninstall it after I read that it wouldn’t support version 7.

You can always use Nik Collection stand alone. Export from your other editor to Tiff and pickup work standalone in any of the Nik tools.
