Hi !
I just bought NC8 two days ago. Installation went through properly. But when I launch one on the apps, I have the following message “The activation process failed because of an unknown server error”.
- I read the few posts here about the same issue, but no real solution
- I tried to clean everything with Nik CleanUp tool and then reinstall but same problem
- I tried to uninstall my VPN and antivirus but again same problem
- I sent a message to DXO Support but still waiting for an answer.
I am under Windows 11.
Can anybody help please ?
