Nik Collection 7 vs Nik Collection 6 (FX order)

Can anyone explaine why the Nik Collection 7 fx list changed the order?
And no option to mix it like in Color Efex. It is now alphabetic order, what is not good…

Also some “errors” in orders.
1.pic: Levels works before Lightleaks…as the program shows in the list.
2.pic: Motion blur works before Film type’s grain…but the program shows it under the Film type.
3.pic: Frames works also different…apply each pic separately after the Multi-lens.
