NIK 7 favorites and Palette

In the previous version of NIK, when I opened Color Efex or Silver Efex, I could go directly to my favorites, and with NIK7 this doesn’t seem to work: I always have to press ‘favorites.’ And another question: when I have used multiple programs (e.g., Color Efex and then Viveza), the NIK Collection 7 Palette appears; can this be disabled? preference / preview mode = use last setting.
i think that’s the only option to open the plugin how you last had it.
