Perhaps, depending on which direction you are facing. If (as I suspect) this shot was taken at dusk with the Sun behind the photographer, we are not looking at a normal sunset, but at the reflection of the greenhouses’ lighting on the clouds.
It’s absolutely abnormal. Caused by the pink lights reflecting on the clouds. My first thought was that it was normal, but it isn’t. An it means, as there are many cloudy nights in Brittany, that they will nearly never have true nights, even when there is no moon. Sad.

When you go to Holland you’ll see a large place between Amsterdam and Rotterdam. That’s the area with a lot of greenhouses.

That is truly terrible. It’s about time they introduced a law to enforce covering the serres during the same lighting curfew we have in the villages around here. I am on high ground just above Plestin-les-Grèves and the sky is pretty dark, apart from pollution from the larger towns like Lannion and Morlaix. I guess you must get similar from Paimpol, which is nearer.
If you get desperate for darker skies, try taking a trip to somewhere near Plourac’h, but watch out for red beacons on the éoliennes.

When the name of the district was " Côtes du Nord " we used to call it " Côtes de Porc ". And it’s more and more true today. I’m leaving in Paris, L’Arcouest is my hollyday place.
As I can see, compared to the Nederland, I must not complain.
I don’t think it’s much different in Paris. Impossible to make star shots.
