Prime Day is in a few days… and Black Friday is coming soon, which is when the new version usually arrives… As a beta tester you always have to sign an ND with every company, I think something is going on in the background… The new license management procedure alone suggests this… perhaps the subscription model is now also coming for PL. I wish I still had an installation version of PL 7.6 then I could freeze it and just continue working with PL

That used to start around January, though applications would be requested around November-December if I remember right. All after the conclusion of the previous beta/early access test period and the release of the new version of the software. So I suppose the PL9 beta program could launch as soon as September-October.
