New Mac, old Windows

I switched from 3 Windows computers to 2 Mac.

Now there are problems with the activation, the support has managed it for one MAC, for the 2nd I see black.

Just want to get this out of the way.

The number of activations is limited. If you can convince DxO to reset the licenses, you should be good to go. As far as I’ve seen here, convincing DxO might be not trivial though.

Other than Adobe, DxO seems to want personal contact to manage licenses. Let’s hope that one day, we’ll be able to manage our own licenses in our shop account. After all, DxO advertises its products as having a perpetual license, but ,“perpetual” can be short lived under certain conditions.


That is interesting and something for all of us to keep in mind. Hopefully something like an ID and phone call/email the way other companies work things out will do the trick(?).
