My support ticket always get closed without feedback

PureRAW drops DJI drone’s Len correction profile in embedded in the DNG file, I opened a support ticket, and they said they’re going to review it, but the issue is closed after some time. Then I created follow-up, and the follow-up was marked as solved without any response, this repeated 3 times.
Hope the support team can give me a reasonable excuse why this happened, at least follow up the problem I have with the application.

Sorry I don’t have better news for you. This is how a lot of customer support works these days. Once they believe that they have the info they need, that’s it. This is what you should expect with DxO support. Apparently, Riley’s done what she can to gather information about the problem, and now the decision is in the hands of DxO’s development team. Clearly, you’re not going to receive any further updates about this. The problem will get fixed or not, and you won’t be told about it.
