Thanks for correcting me on that. 
Totally agree with the budget constraints as I went with a SW270C myself, and it is a good monitor, although I had to go through 3 panels until I landed one that was stable, accurate, and relatively flaw-free. BenQ’s CS was spectacular through it all, however, and that is a real plus.
If I were to do it again, I’d eat noodles for a month and cut back all discretionary spending, and go with the Ezio ColorEdge CS2740. Buy once, cry once, as they say.
