I am currently evaluating DxO PureRAW and PhotoLab as an alternative to subscription-based software. I use a Nikon D500 with the Sigma 60-600mm f/4.5-6.3 DG OS HSM Sport.
I am very impressed with the results, but I have hit a major roadblock: there is currently no module available for this lens used alone on the D500. The only existing modules are for the lens combined with the TC-1401 or TC-2001 teleconverters.
I tried to use the “Suggest a Module” form, but it rejects my request, stating the combination “already exists” because of the TC versions. However, for my daily sports and wildlife photography without a converter, I am left without any optical corrections.
I am ready to purchase the software today, but I cannot justify the investment if my primary lens isn’t fully supported with its dedicated optical profile (Lens Sharpness, Distortion, etc.).
Could you please let me know if a module for the Nikon D500 + Sigma 60-600mm Sport (without TC) is on your roadmap ?
