We want to inform you that we identified an issue affecting DxO PhotoLab 7, 8, and 9 following this week’s release. The problem was first reported yesterday by community members in several forum threads, and we want to thank you for bringing it to our attention so quickly.

Important information missing in this announcement :

• What is the new version number ? Because when I check for updates, I’m apparently already up-to-date (9.3.0 build 558).

• Is this bug specific to Mac or Windows or both ?

Just saw an update of one of DxO staff posts - it’s for Macs only.

On such occasions, I duplicate the app(s) and update the copy. This has worked as expected. Updated copies of PL 7, 8 and 9 show the same version number, but the build numbers have been incremented. to 80, 56 and 35 respectively.
