Metadata (exif) shows in window header after file name

It would be awesome to see file metadata in the window title bar right after the file name. For example:

DxO PhotoLab - Folder Name - File Name (ISO 400 1/500 s f2.8 24 mm)

Are you on Windows, as I don’t see the filename anywhere in the Mac version.

I’d settle for just the filename in the Customize (edit) window, akin to how LRC does it. Make it an option, perhaps.
